Tam-ta-taaaa! (oh no, I used that last time, didn't I? ah well)
It's been a while, and I have no excuse whatsoever. Went to Germany for my autumn vacation together with Sabine. Went shopping, learned some more German, met new people, hoarded Kinder-chocolate, and had a very good time. Am anxiously waiting for my photos to be developed. Nuf said.
Aaand, here's a list I made one day while talking on the phone with Maja:
This is why cats are better than dogs:
1. Cats are cuter!
2. Cats are smaller, and therefore easier to handle. (Being toppled over by a cat is not that common, by an enormous dog, however…)
3. Dogs are smellier.
4. Cats are more independent. You don't have to walk them etc. You feed them, let them out/in and cuddle with them.
5. Most cats take care of their own droppings, which means no picking up the droppings with a plastic bag!
6. Cats don't yap
7. And they don't howl either. (Neighbour's dog kept me from sleeping a couple of nights this summer by howling. He sounded like a lovesick puppy, and I actually considered sticking my head out my window and yelling for him to shut up. )
No offence dog-owners. These are highly subjective opinions and are not to be mistaken for facts.
