Tam-ta-taaaa

Damn it, it's been too long, and damn it, I have no excuse at all! This is what I have been doing lately:
-Been to Sabine's birthday party. Had a great time, learned a few things about my friends I didn't know already, and got to see Idunn trying desperately to avoid Sabine's dog:)
-Been at school.
-Been trying to pay attention in class, which is getting increasingly hard.
-Done homework.
-Been at band-practice (twice).
-Slept through the weekends.
-Trying to convince my friends to take next year abroad, because then it will not be as scary for me to do it.
-Watched TV (though not half as much as I expected)
-Been avoiding things I'm supposed to do.
-Impressed teacher with great orienteering skills in physical education.

Am looking forward to tomorrow as I am going to see riverdance live. Yay! I also have a physics test, which I have been studying for the last two hours (probably the longest period of time I have spent studying since summer), which puts an oh-so-small damper on my happiness. Oh well…

The comment thingy doesn't work! Will have to look into that when I have time on my hands!

blabla...

I am at the moment torn between wanting to be a child again, and wanting to be an adult. In any case I do not particularly like the state I'm in now. I'm too old to act like a child who has no responsibilities, and to young to do stuff that grown-ups get to do. I think many teenagers must find this age difficult, when one has yet to get the freedom of adulthood, but has to handle more and more of the grown-up responsibilities. And if you, like me, also have to deal with overprotective parents, that just makes it worse.

Since I obviously can't just snap my fingers and become a child again, I am very much looking forward to my 18th birthday!
